Ouvert à tous les licenciés FFJDA à partir du cadet (ceinture orange minimum)

• Stage régional :

Samedi 15 octobre de 14H à 17H – La Garde ;

• Stages Départementaux :

Samedi 12 novembre 2016 de 9H à 12H – La Garde ;

Dimanche 22 janvier 2017 de 9H à 12H – La Moutonne ;

Dimanche 12 février 2017 de 9H à 12H– La Seyne-sur-mer ;

Dimanche 9 avril 2017 de 9H à 12H – Draguignan.
